Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at dokirochi@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at dokirochi@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, and final sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
